OWNERSHIP
MakassarNET
Technologies, Inc. agrees to sign over all rights
associated with the ownership and use of materials
originated by MakassarNET to the customer upon receipt
of final payment for said materials. Until that time
MakassarNET holds and reserves all rights to any content
created by MakassarNET as set forth by the Copyright
Laws of the Republic of Indonesia and International Laws
as well.
Once MakassarNET Technologies, Inc.
receives full payment, all rights to the final product,
full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer
for use in all media, in all markets, for unlimited
period of time.
MakassarNET retains and reserves
the rights to use any and all content developed by
MakassarNET, regardless of ownership, for display and
self-promotional purposes.
PAYMENT
Upon receiving
your completed order form, MakassarNET will secure a
down payment in an amount equal to 50% of the total
price of your order, which will cover certain expenses
some of them are:
The initial fee in non-refundable and
does not include final rights for ownership and usage.
All rights will be signed over to you upon receipt of
your final payment and approval of the
product.
If the project framework was enlarged
during the initial order fulfillment time, MakassarNET
may secure intermediary payments in amount agreed with
the customer, but not exceeding one half of the
additional cost. The intermediary fees are
non-refundable and do not include final usage rights,
which will be released upon receipt of final
payment.
After customer’s approval of the final
design and receiving the final payment MakassarNET will
release rights to the completed product, full and
unrestricted. You will have a right to use the final
product in all media, in all markets, for unlimited
period of time.
Customer has a right to terminate
the project at any time. There won’t be any extra fees
in this case. The customer holds no rights to the
designed materials. MakassarNET retains full ownership
of all work that was done for the project. Initial
designs will be presented within 3-10 business days
following the receipt of your order and down payment,
depending on the service ordered.
REVISION
Any changes
and revisions are made within 2-10 business days,
depending on the kind of service. Completed and approved
variant of the design will be delivered by electronic
means in 1 business day after the receipt of the final
payment.
TURNAROUND
Revisions
are made within 2-10 business days, depending on the
type of service ordered. The final product will be
delivered by electronic means within 1 business day upon
receipt of final payment.
TRADEMARK &
COPYRIGHT
MakassarNET provides no
guarantee of copyright to customer. Customer assumes
responsibility of obtaining Trademark or Copyright of
any material created by MakassarNET Technologies, Inc.,
MakassarNET assumes no liability in the event that
customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright of
said material for any reason.
